About Us
We're not your typical licensing consultancy. No corporate jargon. No sales pitches about "revolutionizing" an industry that's been around since Nevada legalized gambling in 1931.
Here's what we actually do: we help gaming platforms get licensed without losing their minds (or their funding) in the process.
How We Got Here
Our founder spent 8 years as a compliance officer in the iGaming industry. The kind of work where you wake up at 3 AM because a regulator sent an email with "urgent compliance matter" in the subject line.
After seeing dozens of operators struggle with the same licensing pitfalls - missing documentation, misunderstood requirements, blown deadlines - the solution became obvious. Someone needed to translate regulatory language into plain English and actually guide people through the process.
That's us. Former insiders who know what regulators actually look for (not what the legislation says they look for).
What Makes Us Different
Three things:
- We've been on the other side. Our team includes former state gaming regulators and compliance officers. We know how applications get reviewed because we used to review them.
- We focus on software providers and platform operators. Not casinos. Not poker rooms. The technical side of gaming licensing that most consultants avoid because it's complex.
- We tell you what nobody else will. If your jurisdiction choice is wrong, we'll say it. If your timeline is unrealistic, you'll know upfront. No sugar-coating to close a deal.
Our Approach
Licensing isn't mysterious. It's bureaucratic. There's a difference.
We break down the process into manageable phases: jurisdiction analysis, documentation prep, technical compliance review, application submission, regulator liaison. Each phase has clear deliverables and timelines.
You get a dedicated compliance manager who's handled your jurisdiction before. Not a junior associate learning on your dime. Not a rotating cast of consultants. One person who owns your file from start to finish.
Who We Work With
Gaming software providers entering US markets. White label platform operators. Established international platforms expanding domestically. Payment processors serving gaming clients.
Common thread: they're all dealing with technical compliance requirements that standard legal counsel can't handle. The intersection of software certification, operator licensing, and jurisdictional nuances.
We've guided over 1,000 gaming platforms through licensing across 15+ US jurisdictions. Some took 90 days. Some took 18 months. It depends on your readiness, not our competence.
The Reality Check
Licensing takes longer than you think. Costs more than your initial budget. Requires more documentation than seems reasonable.
We can't change that. What we can do: give you accurate timelines, prevent costly mistakes, and keep your application moving through the bureaucracy.
No magic. Just experience.
